when will i get my items i ordered ?
Please know we have a 3-4 week lead time most of the year
( i understand this is long to most ) please understand we receive orders for over 250-500 pieces a day to be personalized , we have 4 commercial 16 head embroidery machines that run 16 hours a day . in order to keep our prices so low and affordable to every bride , this ship time is necessary . if you need you items sooner please message us before ordering to see if we can accommodate

I had asked a question about changing the font and I was under the impression that it could be accommodated but it ended up coming in the pictured font. Shipping was fast and quality was good, but communication could have been better.
