when will i get my items i ordered ?
Please know we have a 3-4 week lead time most of the year
( i understand this is long to most ) please understand we receive orders for over 250-500 pieces a day to be personalized , we have 4 commercial 16 head embroidery machines that run 16 hours a day . in order to keep our prices so low and affordable to every bride , this ship time is necessary . if you need you items sooner please message us before ordering to see if we can accommodate

I absolutely love this case! Had it made for one of my little bjd dolls so he can travel with me. Bigger than I thought...lots of room for his stuff. Very nice monogrammed initial and his name. I will be back for more of these. I am impressed!! Fast shipping too. Thank you so much!
