when will i get my items i ordered ?
Please know we have a 3-4 week lead time most of the year
( i understand this is long to most ) please understand we receive orders for over 250-500 pieces a day to be personalized , we have 4 commercial 16 head embroidery machines that run 16 hours a day . in order to keep our prices so low and affordable to every bride , this ship time is necessary . if you need you items sooner please message us before ordering to see if we can accommodate

Customer service is A+ and the baskets are adorable! I first ordered the one on the left in the unicorn font, but was not happy with it, so I contacted Shannen and she offered me half off a replacement. I then ordered it in the hickory font and I love it! Both were ordered, shipped and received within 5 days. Thanks again, Shannen!
